A cost effective condition inspection and report.
Ideal for prospective Home buyers, Landlords and Investors on established homes.
Solo or accompanied (with customer or estate agent) viewing's of prospective properties.
Reported in a verbal format
(accompanied viewing with customer welcomed) or digital (solo).
Survey includes an overview and numerical ratings system on the on the heating system/boiler, electrical installation, roof condition, subsidence, insulation, damp, rot,
windows and doors.
Extended surveys are available and potential cost estimations for refurbishment, extensions, loft conversions etc are available at extra cost.

Comprehensive digital report and supporting photographs on behalf of the new-build homeowner after legal ownership/handover.
Report issued within 48 hours of the survey completion, to be passed on to the house builder responsible for the remedial works.
On average over 130 issues are found on
a new-build property at hand-over.
If they are not identified and rectified within the initial 2 year period then the responsibility and cost will fall unfairly to the homeowner.
Regularly costing £1000's in the long run.

Comprehensive inspection of the loft spaces, garage spaces, bedrooms, damp testing, 25% visual inspection of the electrical installation, heating, insulation, bathrooms, drainage, external works, kitchens, overall finishes, brickwork/wall finishes, guttering, fascia's, soffit's,
ventilation systems, stair components,
windows and doors.
Includes a full reinspection on notified completion of remedial works undertaken, to issues found and reported in the original survey.

Reduced cost when snagging and re-inspection survey's purchased together.
Cavity wall insulation inspections (intrusive) and thermal imaging (conditions allowing) is an available optional extra.
