Who we are

I have over 25 yrs experience working with differing sizes of home builders, I understand what IS acceptable and what IS NOT. My independent business is designed to offer the new home buyer a comprehensive survey report of all snagging that is expected to be 'put right' by their homebuilder.
My knowledge of NHBC (National House Building Council) standards, building and electrical regulations,
is second to none and is your fast track to putting any defects in your new build home right.

What we do
​
We supply you with a detailed snagging report for your new home within 48hrs of our visit.
Our snagging report is fully itemised, commented and photographed, with a prioritised list of defects
for your home builder to address.
Descriptions of defects both internally and externally are included within the report.
Thermal imaging (when conditions allow) and cavity wall inspections (intrusive) are available at extra costs. We will include all minor defects as well as the major ones. Your report will be emailed directly to you and any other specified recipients.
We will also supply any advice needed going forward on how to use the report when contacting your homebuilder and how to address any issues when rectifying the defects.
